IBM Student Orientation Program

The IBM Student Orientation Program took place on January 19, 2024, at JSPM University's Chanakya Seminar Hall, aimed at first and second-year B. Tech students. With 359 first-year and 207 second-year attendees, distinguished speakers from IBM shared insights on technology trends, industry skills, and collaborative opportunities, fostering a positive learning environment.

MOU with ARAI Pune

JSPM University Pune recently signed an MOU with ARAI Pune, India's premier automotive R&D organization established in 1966 through collaboration between the automotive industry and the Government. Affiliated with the Ministry of Heavy Industries, ARAI offers courses, industry-focused labs, and placement opportunities for students pursuing careers in automotive engineering.

Resource Person at International Conference

Dr. Tanaji Nandgude from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences participated as an evaluator for scientific e-poster presentations at the 2nd PharMAIR International Conference, organized by Shri D.D. Vispute College of Pharmacy in Panvel, Mumbai. The theme was "Pharma360: Emerging Trends and Future Perspectives in Pharmaceuticals," with JSPM University as the knowledge partner.

Student Induction Program

JSPM University kicked off the new academic year with a grand Student Induction Program in Pune on August 17, 2023. The event warmly welcomed new students and established an inspiring tone for their educational journey, providing essential information and fostering a sense of community among incoming learners at the university.

The School of Civil and Environmental Sciences, JSPM University, Pune, proudly celebrated International Earth Day 2025 on 22nd April with a vibrant Poster Presentation by our amazing S.Y. B.Tech Civil Engineering students!

From creative ideas to powerful messages, the posters reflected the passion of our young minds for a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable future!

Free Legal Aid Camp

On 10th April 2025, a Free Legal Aid Camp was organized at Markal Village, Taluka – Khed, District – Pune with the goal of promoting legal literacy, access to justice, and awareness about government welfare schemes and individual rights. The camp saw active participation from 26 students and 5 faculty members, and it successfully provided direct legal support and education to local residents. The initiative focused on resolving real-life legal issues, creating awareness of important legal protections, and helping rural citizens access justice affordably and efficiently.

The Free Legal Aid Camp at Markal Village proved to be a successful initiative in spreading legal awareness and providing much-needed legal assistance at the grassroots level. The collaboration between students, faculty, local leadership, and the legal fraternity showcased how such outreach programs can truly make a difference in rural communities.

Visit to District & Session Court

An insightful journey into the world of law! LLB-I and BBA LLB-I students visited the District & Session Court, gaining firsthand exposure to legal proceedings, courtroom etiquette, and the real-world application of legal principles. This experience provided a deeper understanding of the judicial system, bridging the gap between theory and practice. A step closer to becoming future legal professionals!

A celebration of dedication, discipline, and excellence! We successfully concluded our Annual Sports Felicitation, honoring the outstanding achievements of our athletes.

We were privileged to have Padma Shri & Arjuna Awardee Shri. Murlikant Petkar as our Chief Guest, inspiring us with his remarkable journey. The event was graced by Prof. B.B. Ahuja, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, JSPM University Pune, whose presence added to the grandeur of the occasion.

Celebration of World Theater Day

On the occasion of World Theatre Day on 27th March 2025, students of JSPM University performed a compelling street play on women trafficking, organized by the Literati Cell of the Department of English, School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, Faculty of Education and Humanities. The play, divided into four acts, vividly depicted the harsh realities of trafficking. The play was performed twice in the campus, the first performance took place at 10:15 am near B building and the second one at 3:15 pm, in front of C building.
