Empowering Pharmacy Educators for Tomorrow — JSPM University Pune Hosts AI-Focused Faculty Development Programme
The School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, JSPM University Pune, in collaboration with APTI Maharashtra Women's Forum, successfully conducted a 5-day Faculty Development Programme from June 15–19, 2026, convened by Dr. Payal Dande, Professor & Associate Dean. Bringing together 150 faculty members and researchers, the programme featured eminent experts delivering sessions on Artificial Intelligence in pharmacy education, research, manufacturing, and healthcare. Hands-on workshops on Python, AI/ML tools, and data analytics equipped educators for the revised PCI B.Pharm. curriculum 2026–27, aligned with NEP 2020. This landmark initiative reaffirms JSPM University's commitment to fostering innovation, digital readiness, and academic excellence in pharmaceutical sciences.
