2. Received Award of appreciation (PRASHANSA PATRA) from the Signal Officer-in-chief for outstanding contribution in the functioning of Army Asha school, Jabalpur.
3. Received Award of Appreciation from the Zonal President AWWA, Madhya Bharat Area for outstanding work in the development of Army Asha School.

 Received the ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Army Asha School Jabalpur during my    tenure. Played the pivotal anchor role in the complete process by leading the        exercise.

 Partnered with headquarters southern command of Indian Army to conduct a series of workshops as mentioned below: oWorkshop on transformational classroom for staff including principals and teachers of Army Asha School and Army public school of southern command. Attended by approx 450 persons. oWorkshop on early intervention for principals and teachers, army pre-primary school in April 2021. oSummer camp for pre-primary students. Attended by approx 300 pers. Conducted series of training for teachers for increasing EQ at work and self-awareness. Conducted a series of workshops for children, with sessions focusing on exam fear, study skills, confidence-building measures, and life skills. Conducted special workshops in collaboration with district administration in Jabalpur for 300 special educators on individualized educational plans (IEP) and implemented it in all the special schools across Jabalpur. Conducted training programs on inclusive education in many schools. Represented the state of Madhya Pradesh in a national conference on the ‘effective implementation of DDRS scheme’ in the Ministry of Social Justice, Government of India at New Delhi. Partnered with the state government of Madhya Pradesh to conduct various workshops on study skills, time management, organizational skills, career counseling, etc for tribal children in government schools. Conducted various parent, and teacher training workshops in various schools, and organizations for varied sectors. Conducted CCDP (comprehensive child development program) one-day workshop for eight days in Jnana Prabodhini, Pune for the children of age group 7 to 14 years. Experienced in counseling children, parents, and teachers at all levels across the country. Handled many marital discord cases through Army Wives Welfare Association.

Attended the Special Workshops on ‘Building Resilience in Children during and post COVID-19 Pandemic’ and ’Trauma-informed Approach to Counselling’ as a part of Programme of Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Attended Psychology & Sociology Training programme conducted by CISCE (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations). Successfully completed the programme on Research Training conducted by MSME-Technology Development Centre, Ministry of MSME.
