The School is equipped with advanced robotics and automation systems to support hands-on learning and research in emerging technologies. Notable among these are the 6 DOF Humanoid AI Robot and the SCARA Robot, both procured from SVR Robotics Ltd., Pune. These state-of-the-art robotic platforms are designed to simulate real-world industrial and human-interaction scenarios, offering students a deeper understanding of automation, artificial intelligence, and robotic movement. Additionally, the department houses the B&R Automation Kit, which enhances training in industrial automation and control systems, preparing students for industry-relevant applications. The total investment for these technologies amounts to ₹28,10,522, reflecting the institution’s commitment to providing cutting-edge infrastructure for experiential learning.

Machines and equipment – Mechatronics Lab

The Mechatronics Lab has been upgraded with advanced B & R Experimentation Kits supplied by SVR Robotics Ltd, Pune, at a total cost of ₹27,45,000, including software worth ₹17,06,580. The lab now features cutting-edge setups for Flow Measurement and Control, PLC and SCADA, and Mechatronic System Modules, providing hands-on training in industrial automation, process control, and system integration. These enhancements equip students with practical skills aligned with modern engineering and Industry 4.0 standards.

CNC/VMC Lab

Our advanced CNC and VMC lab is equipped with state-of-the-art machining technology, representing a combined investment of ₹50 lakh. The CNC lab, costing ₹20 lakh, features precision-controlled automation for high-accuracy metal cutting and fabrication. Meanwhile, our ₹30 lakh VMC lab enhances vertical milling capabilities, ensuring superior productivity and precision in manufacturing. These facilities empower students and professionals with hands-on experience, bridging the gap between theoretical learning and real-world industry applications.
