- Implemented multi-platform digital marketing strategies that significantly increased customer acquisition and retention across various brands while working with various Corporate Companies globally Developed key alliances for SMEs with SAP A1 Solutions while working with Intelligroup, managing end-to-end website development and optimizing user
experiences to drive traffic. - Spearheaded the brand development of La Mexicana, boosting customer engagement and forging strong partnerships with delivery platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.
- Collaborated with the Embassy of Mexico on cultural exchange initiatives, successfully integrating these efforts into La Mexicana’s brand narrative.
- Participated in the Oracle Open World-2008 , San Francisco, USA during tenure at Sierra Atlantic.
- Implemented SAP 01 and B1 solutions in collaboration with Xavier Board for St. Joseph’s Degree & PG College[Board Member,BOS], resulting in the launch of a new UG program - BBA IT, and certificate courses.
- Received the Best Paper Award for original research on “Work-Related Attitudes of Generation Z at Workplace in India” presented at international conferences.
- Played a key role in enrolling 1,000–1,500 students annually through comprehensive application screening, counseling, interviews, orientation, and outreach as part of the UG admissions committee.
- Organized and managed logistics for global academic events such as the AIMS International Management Convention, handling coordination with participants from multiple countries.
- Led the branding and marketing efforts at the Involute Institute of Technical Training, helping secure the “Best Skill Development Institute – Placement” award at the 6th Skill Development Summit 2018.
