The School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, JSPM University, Pune, organized a Campus Recruitment Drive in collaboration with TSPL - TalentCorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and the Magic Bus Foundation on 3rd July 2025. The purpose of the drive was to facilitate placements for fresh pharmacy graduates and postgraduates in the reputed company Agio Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. for trainee/apprenticeship roles in Production, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance departments.
The drive was conducted in the Board Room of the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and it witnessed participation from D. Pharm (Other institute), B. Pharm (Charak College of Pharmacy and Research), and M. Pharm (JSPM University’s School of Pharmaceutical Sciences) final-year students.
The selection process comprised a pre-placement talk, followed by HR and technical interviews. The event commenced with a welcome session for the company and Magic Bus representatives. The candidates were briefed about job roles, expectations, and the work culture at Agio Pharmaceuticals. The selection team appreciated the enthusiasm and performance of the students, particularly highlighting their technical readiness and communication skills.
Outcomes:
The campus drive successfully bridged the gap between academic learning and industry employment, helping students transition into professional roles. Many students were shortlisted for final placement as trainees/apprentices.The institution extends heartfelt thanks to TSPL, Magic Bus Foundation, and Agio Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. for their support in providing career opportunities to budding pharmacy professionals.
