Dr. Shubham Avinash Deshmukh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at JSPM University, Pune. He earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) in 2023. His doctoral research focused on the design and application of sulphonic acid functionalized ionic liquid porphyrins as visible light heterogeneous photocatalysts for organic and biomass transformations.

Dr. Deshmukh’s expertise encompasses the chemical synthesis of advanced photocatalysts, including porphyrins and Covalent Organic Frameworks (COFs), specifically for biomass valorization and sustainable organic transformations. He is a prolific researcher with over 25 publications in high-impact international journals such as Fuel, The Chemical Record, and ChemCatChem, with impact factors reaching 7.5. He also holds a patent for the design of a specialized solar still utilizing bio-nano-phase change materials. His professional background includes experience as a Scientific Officer at Raichem Medicare and as an Assistant Professor at Malla Reddy Engineering College. He possesses advanced technical proficiency in NMR, FT-IR, and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) data interpretation. Dr. Deshmukh is committed to academic excellence and the development of sustainable chemical materials.

Dr. Darpan Vijaykumar Bhuse serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at JSPM University, Pune. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) in 2023. His doctoral research focused on the design of novel metal-free benzimidazole-based Brønsted acid functionalized porphyrins for application in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) and photocatalysis. His research expertise encompasses porphyrin photocatalysis, supercapacitors, and rare-earth/transition metal-based functional materials for electrochemical energy storage. He is currently working on transition metal and rare earth metal MOFs for supercapacitor applications. Dr. Bhuse possesses advanced technical skills in electrochemistry, including Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS), as well as spectroscopic techniques such as NMR and UV-Vis.

An active contributor to the academic community, Dr. Bhuse is an Editorial Board member for the BOHR Journal of Material Sciences and Engineering. He serves as an official reviewer for prestigious publications including the Royal Society of Chemistry, ChemistrySelect (Wiley-VCH), and the Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry (Elsevier). He was notably recognized with the Best Paper Presentation Award at the ICAMSEE-2022 international conference.

Dr. Ganesh L. Agawane is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at JSPM University, Pune. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Chemistry from Chonnam National University, South Korea, and completed a prestigious postdoctoral residency in Laser Physics at the Korea Photonics Technology Institute.

Dr. Agawane is a leading expert in nanotechnology, solar energy conversion, and advanced energy storage systems. His research primarily focuses on the fabrication and optimization of CZTS thin-film solar cells, hydrogen fuel production, and supercapacitor applications using transition metal nanostructures.
