Principal Training Program
On October 26, 2024, the Faculty of Education and Humanities, School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at JSPM University, hosted a Principal Training Program. Organized by the Center for Continuing and Lifelong Education, the event focused on enhancing academic leadership, governance, and management skills for school principals. Dr. Vijayanta Bhurale coordinated the event, while Dr. Ajit R. Thete, a respected academician, served as the resource person. The program aimed to deepen participants' understanding of academic leadership, introduce the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020, and emphasize Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and strategic planning. With over 30 principals and coordinators in attendance, the sessions were interactive and insightful, culminating in strengthened leadership capabilities and a clearer vision for implementing institutional improvements aligned with NEP 2020 goals.
